  • Accept inbound calls
  • Perform troubleshooting tasks to verify hardware and software is working properly
  • Utilize ticketing system for documentation
  • Handle high-volume incoming calls
  • Triage hardware and software issues remotely

Qualifications of theTechnical Support Representative:

  • High level of customer service and patienceĀ 
  • Have 6 -12 months Tech Support background
  • Have 6 -12 months Call Center background
  • Able to answer Tech Support questions during interview
