Responsibilities for ServiceNow Administrator/Lead: 

  • Implement ServiceNow to the environment
  • Maintain ServiceNow platform
  • Resolve ServiceNow queue for incidents, requests, changes, etc.
  • Support software deployment through ServiceNow
  • Create groups and users, record changes, produce documentation
  • Design workflows/Create Dashboards
  • Liaison between business and technical team 

Qualifications for ServiceNow Administrator/Lead:

  • 2+ years of hands on experience working with ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in capacity of admin/developer on the ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Must be detail oriented and organized in both thought and practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Experience for ServiceNow Administrator/Lead:

  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification/ServiceNow Developer Certification/related certifications are a plus
  • Experience in scripting is a plus
  • Experience working with SaaS and JavaScript is a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and NetSuite is a plus
