SkyBridge Resources is pleased to be working with our Louisville-based healthcare client in their search for a Process Engineer.  This is a long-term contract opportunity with possibility of full-time employment. Our client is looking for a Process Engineer to come in and be a part of a fast-growing team responsible for driving change in the organization by leading strategic initiatives and implement change management throughout the enterprise. This position requires strong Lean Six Sigma experience and Black Belt level certification. Healthcare experience, either the payer or clinical side, is a must as well.

Primary Responsibilities include:

•         Execution of strategic, high-impact, enterprise improvement initiatives chosen by Executive Management from across the business divisions

•         Drive best practice problem-solving approaches to define problem sets and hypothesis, gather and synthesize data, and then design and implement solutions with measurable impact

•         Deliver consultation and collaborative thought-leadership with impacted functions to ensure success of initiatives

•         Act as a thought leader in a 'data driven' environment driving data-based decision making across the enterprise

•         Lead cross-functional teams working on Enterprise Transformation Initiatives that have senior executive and Board of Directors (BOD) visibility

•         Create and implement a program that builds a culture of change management behaviors and continuous improvement into the organization

•         Develop the change management behaviors and continuous improvement approach to embed within all functions in the organization

Professional Requirements include, but not limited to the following:

•         3-5 years of experience in healthcare industry experience required

•         MBA or other advance degree a plus

•         LEAN Six Sigma certification required, preferably Black Belt level but will consider Green Belt level combined with strong project experience

•         3+ years formal Process Improvement project experience

•         Strong analytical skills and business acumen; project experience working with large data sets to identify meaningful insights

•         Strong written and oral communication skills with experience communicating to senior management

•         Ability to build collaborative, cross-functional networks

•         Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
