Job Duties of Recruiter Include:
- Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
- Complete and document new employee hiring process, from prescreen through offer extensions necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
- Work with Account Managers to identify top organizations, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess Client staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within an individual’s specific industry
- Evaluate, screen, and interview candidates to make sure they fill Clients’ requirements
- Compete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
- Determine and negotiate wages, benefits, terms and conditions of employment with potential candidates
Educational and Experience Qualifications of Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High standard of professionalism and character
- Advanced knowledge with Outlook, Word, & Excel
