PeopleSoft Functional Consultant  TAM/CG

Location: Nashville, TN. 

Two business problems have been identified which represent the primary reason for this work effort:

In order to improve service delivery to applicants and the State HR community for recruiting, talent sourcing, and resulting transactions from those processes, our Nashville based clients is moving to a Strategic HR Service Delivery model. This requires more flexibility in recruiting, talent sourcing, and transaction activity than the current recruiting solution provides and desires a tighter integration between the recruiting solution and the PeopleSoft HR platform than the current solution provides

Work Effort Description 

The purpose of this work effort is to replace the existing functionality in the NeoGov system and implement improvements to business processes with tighter integration with PeopleSoft HR. Oracle PeopleSoft Recruitment Solutions Work Effort Working Agreement for Staff Augmentation

Work effort goals are high level statements that provide overall context for what the work effort is trying to achieve and should align to departmental business goals. Goals remain constant throughout the work effort life and serve as a benchmark for work effort completion. Goals are statements that describe what the work effort will accomplish or the business value the work effort will achieve. Work effort goals provide
guidance in managing the work effort, evaluating issues, and identification of potential scope changes.

The primary goals of the Oracle PeopleSoft Recruitment Solutions are to:
Implement the functionality currently provided by the Neogov application in the Oracle PeopleSoft Recruitment Solutions Suite which includes Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Manager for Executive Service and Preferred Service recruitment in order to support the current business workflows
•    Convert needed data from the NeoGov system
•    Create transactions in EPAF (hires, promotions, etc.)

C O N T R A C T E D  R E S O U R C E  N E E D
A technically skilled functional consultant is needed with experience implementing the PeopleSoft Recruitment Solutions Suite which includes two complimentary applications; Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Manager. The preferred candidate would also have the following:

•    Familiarity with HCM onboarding functionality which was introduced with Image 23
•    Configuration and data conversion experience in NeoGov and PeopleSoft Recruitment Solutions
•    Preferred experience in interfacing with PeopleSoft HCM via Talent Acquisition Manager
•    Familiarity with Oracle Identity and Access Management
•    Basic knowledge of project business analysis
