Customer service Representative

Job Summary for Customer Service Representative:

We are looking for individuals that can provide the best experience for our members and effectively communicate and satisfy all needs. This individual is responsible for going above and beyond to satisfy and increase member satisfaction by responding to all calls and emails. This individual will need to know how to analyze and problem solve so that may handle all of members inquiries effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties for Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to telephone and written inquiries received from participants, providers and client contacts within defined service standards
  • Documenting all calls using our CRM systems
  • Coordinate all participant and provider appeals by researching and communication through multiple channels.
  • Processing all claims adjustments

Qualifications and Skills for Customer Service Representative (2nd and 3rd Shift):

  • Minimum High School Diploma, post High School education preferred
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and diplomatically
  • Skilled decision making and problem solving
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task & anticipate potential needs/problems
  • Strong attention to detail
