Job Summary of Customer Service Representative:

One of our clients in New Albany is seeking a Second Shift Customer Service Representative who can come in and hit the ground running! The ideal candidate would have experience working in customer service and has great follow-up abilities. 

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering and following up on calls from commercial customers
  • Ticketing compliance
  • Ensuring that all tickets are staying updated
  • Creating a customer specific daily open service report
  • Closing/Billing service requests

Qualifications of Customer Service Representative: 

  • Organization
  • Quick learner
  • Customer advocate type personality
  • Confident making decisions even if available information is somewhat limited

Must be available to work 1 PM - 10 PM, Monday - Friday!
