Customer Service Representative Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ticketing compliance:
  • Ensuring that all tickets are staying updated
  • Customer specific daily open service report
  • Closing/Billing service requests
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Data entry

Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Skills

  • Has prior experience with a ticketing systems so they can hit the ground running
  • Has solid experience on the phones and with billing
  • A confident decision maker
  • Is organized, quick learner, and customer advocate type personality
  • Able to work first shift, though hours are flexible!
  • Is reliable and will show up for work every day
