Job Description

SkyBridge Resources is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with ERP Implementation project experience. This position is located in Central Tampa and is immediately available for interviews. Please see the following requirements below:

The Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the ERP Implementation Project will meet objectives on time and on budget by ensuring business processes are adequately adapted to the new environment in a way that supports employee adoption and usage. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing business process adaptations and change management plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

Roles and responsibilities

• Document, review, and evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing optimizations.
• Assess impacts to business processes and system procedures in support of system changes, regulatory changes, audit findings, and staffing adjustments.
• Determine and document change impact in business processes and system behavior, assist departmental personnel in engineering business process changes.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Identify, Develop, Validate, and Support training efforts and the creation of job aids.
