SkyBridge Resources is seeking a Business Analyst in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role is open to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a business analyst or project management.  

Job Responsibilities for Business Analyst Role:

  • Managing technical projects and tasks for a team of 10+ colleagues and tracking the status of their projects in parallel 
  • Clearly outlining next steps, track due dates, and follow up with business partners
  • Facilitating staff meetings for collecting topics, agenda, reporting and documenting progress of projects 
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams in developing project plans, identifying activities, composing user stories, and identifying proper resource 
  • Prioritizing projects in a changing environment

Requirements and Qualifications for Business Analyst Role:

  • A preference of two years of experience in the legal field, audit, accounting, finance, investigations, technology or in the broader financial industry, or other professions requiring extensive research, writing, or project management 
  • Must be results oriented and a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency 
  • Ability and willingness to work in challenging situations with aggressive timelines 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Meticulous attention to detail in investigation, research, analysis, and documentation 
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to learn quickly and be willing and able to handle new and varied work streams depending on business needs

Preferred for Business Analyst Role:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Unix and Perl 
  • Teradata knowledge 
  • SAFe certified or SAFe experience 
  • Rally 
  • User stories 
  • Agile methodology 
  • Bachelor's degree
